Jim Angelou - Certified Flight Instructor - Jim began flying gliders in 1986 and has over 1500 hours logged in sailplanes. He has been Eastern Vice President for the 1-26 association and is a long time member of the oldest soaring
club in the USA, Aero Club Albatross. He is a Soaring Society of
America instructor and a volunteer instructor for Freedoms Wings International. Jim is also
rated as a tow pilot and is as often seen in the tow plane as a glider.

Aaron Stout
- commercial pilot - Aaron has 5 years of flying under his belt. Befor joining
the pilot corps at Yards Creek Soaring he was a helicoptor mechanic in the
United States Navy. Aaron loves to fly and is in the air as often as possible.

Tow Pilot Joel Terefenko has been flying for 13 years.
He started to fly sailplanes in 2002. He
is a Certified Flight Instructor and has worked as a tow pilot at the
Philadelphia Glider Council, Brandywine Soaring, and Van Sant. Joel is a joy
to fly behind as he has a very smooth towing style.

Brett Wynkoop started flying powered aircraft, but fell in love with
the sport of soaring after his first flight at the controls of a sailplane.
Brett is at the controls of a sailplane as often as possible and enjoys the art
of natural powered flight more than almost anything else.
